The International Management track, entirely taught in English, is designed to prepare students for managerial and entrepreneurial roles in complex, global, and rapidly evolving economic environments.

The programme focuses on the development of advanced managerial skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities, with particular attention to international markets, organizational dynamics, and decision-making processes. Students are trained to understand and manage innovation, complexity, and risk within firms operating across borders and institutional contexts.

strong international dimension characterizes this track, both in its academic content and in the opportunities offered to students, including double degree programmes, international exchanges, and a multicultural learning environment.

Structure and educational objectives of the study plan

The study plan of the International Management track is structured to provide a solid and coherent progression, combining theoretical foundations with applied managerial perspectives.

In the first year, students strengthen their knowledge of economic thought, management, ethics, and financial and legal frameworks relevant to international business. Courses focus on human resource management, leadership, market regulation, financial markets, and risk management, complemented by laboratories aimed at developing transversal skills such as collaboration, communication, and digital innovation.

The second year deepens the strategic and operational dimensions of management in international contexts. Students address topics such as operations and supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, empirical analysis of financial markets, and international taxation. Elective courses allow for further specialization, while the internship and final dissertation foster the application of acquired competencies to real-world managerial challenges.

Graduates of the International Management track are equipped to operate in international firms, consulting companies, and entrepreneurial ventures, as well as to pursue further academic studies at an advanced level.
