The Administration and Finance track is designed for students interested in gaining an in-depth understanding of the economic, financial, and administrative functioning of firms and institutions, while developing solid and marketable skills in the main areas of business management.

The programme provides a rigorous academic foundation in economics, business administration, law, and quantitative disciplines, with particular attention to accounting, finance, and the control of decision-making processes. The objective is to train professionals capable of interpreting economic and financial data, assessing corporate performance, and operating effectively in complex organizational environments.

The Administration and Finance track represents an ideal foundation both for entry into the labour market and for the continuation of studies in economics, management, and finance.

Structure and educational objectives of the study programme

The study programme of the Administration and Finance track is structured over three years, following a progression that guides students from the acquisition of theoretical foundations to the development of applied and professional skills.

The first year is dedicated to building cultural and methodological foundations. Students acquire basic knowledge in business administration and microeconomics, complemented by the study of private law, mathematics, and economic history. The programme is enriched by courses in philosophy and economics, computer skills, and the English language, which contribute to the development of a critical and interdisciplinary perspective on economic phenomena.

In the second year, the focus shifts to the analysis of business and financial processes. Students deepen their knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards, business economics and management, macroeconomics, statistics, and corporate finance. Quantitative skills are further strengthened through financial mathematics, while law and economics provides the legal tools necessary to understand the regulatory framework in which firms operate. The programme is completed by social responsibility activities and laboratories aimed at developing transversal skills.

The third year consolidates and integrates the acquired competencies, with a more applied and professional orientation. Students address topics such as planning and control, business statistics, the economics of financial intermediaries, organization and human resource management, commercial law, and auditing. Elective courses allow students to tailor the programme to their individual interests, while the internship promotes direct contact with the labour market. Laboratories complete the educational experience with a practical, skills-oriented approach.
