Satisfaction for UER Economics professors
The Master’s Degree Programme in Economics and Management of Innovation (LM-56) aims to train young managers and successful professionals in line with the demands of the labour market.
The programme provides students with both specialised knowledge to develop concrete skills and transversal competencies to foster a comprehensive and integrated perspective.
The programme offers knowledge and methods to manage, transform, and evaluate projects, products, and services in organizational and productive contexts that are constantly evolving, with a strong international outlook.
The three tracks (International Management, Finance, and Marketing) allow for different sector-specific specializations.
The programme adopts both practical and theoretical approaches, integrating business, economic, legal, managerial, and quantitative disciplines, with particular attention to personal growth and individual development.
All tracks include a course in Ethics and Economics and a Management Skills Lab.
An open and continuous dialogue between faculty and students, as well as among students themselves, fostered by the size of classes and of the University; by teaching methods that emphasize problem-solving and teamwork; and by the human and social values of our academic community.
Strong interaction with the business community and the labour market through the Career Service; close links with companies and institutions; Open Days; the participation of professionals in the programme’s faculty; guest lectures; and company visits.
Investment in personal skills and human qualities (listening, collaboration, decision-making, teamwork, negotiation, critical thinking, public speaking), which are essential for rapid and rewarding entry into the labour market.
Depending on the chosen track, students may take selected courses, one academic year, or the entire two-year programme in English on campus, in classes enriched by the presence of international students, or spend a period abroad (one year or one semester) through double degree agreements with partner universities such as Universidad Católica de Murcia (Spain), the Sophia Institute (Vatican City), and St Mary’s University, Twickenham London (United Kingdom).
Double degree agreements allow students to obtain two degrees: the Italian degree awarded by the European University of Rome and the foreign degree awarded by the partner institution. Admission to the double degree programmes is regulated by an annual call for applications, and the number of places is limited to high-achieving students.
The programme also offers multiple opportunities within the Erasmus+ framework. Through an annual call, students may participate in the Erasmus+ programme and complete a study period abroad, recognised by UER, lasting between three and twelve months, or undertake a traineeship abroad (Erasmus+ for Traineeship).
Students may also take part in the LSE Summer School of Business and Management at the London School of Economics, one of the most prestigious universities in the field of economic and social sciences.
This track prepares managers and entrepreneurs capable of operating in complex, global, and rapidly evolving economic environments, developing advanced skills in management, strategic vision, and international leadership. All courses are taught in English.
This track trains professionals to work in financial markets, banking, insurance, and corporate finance functions, developing specialised financial and quantitative skills within an international context. All courses are taught in English.
This track prepares professionals capable of understanding and managing the dynamics of contemporary markets, with a focus on innovation processes, business competitiveness, and the evolution of global economic contexts.
The Course trains managers and professionals capable of operating in different fields and functions (administration and control, commercial and marketing, finance, management and organization of human resources, logistics and production) but also of giving shape to their own entrepreneurial project in different fields and sectors.
Thanks to close relationships with companies and the world of work, the Guidance and Job Placement Office is able to propose training opportunities and career opportunities through a regular monitoring of calls for applications and vacancies corresponding to the aspirations, the specialization, and the talents of each.
